Citrix Web interface (https://remote.fdcpa.com) system needs to be upgraded this Wednesday @ 6:00PM. Therefore, the web interface login will not be available during upgrade between the hours of 6:00PM – 10:00PM. If you are connected to the Citrix servers via the web interface login at that time, please disconnect or your connection will be interrupted!
If you need access to Citrix during that time, you can access it by first connecting to Cisco VPN and then using your “Primary” icon. Attached to this email are instruction on how to connect via Cisco VPN and Primary icon. Cisco VPN should already be installed on your local laptop!
Please note, we may need to reboot the Citrix servers during this upgrade so if you do not need to access Citrix during this time, please do not connect until upgrade is completed.
Once completed, an email will be sent out. If you have any questions, please contact IT.
