If anyone uses the Move / Delete buttons from the Edit screen in the Good App to move or delete multiple items there is a known issue affecting correct operation of that function.
After the first use of either of these buttons – they may disappear from the bottom task bar and they will not return until the App is reset (see below for instructions).
There is no permanent fix currently and Good Technology has stated one will be released in an update in the future.
There is a work around however:
The Good client application will need to be restarted by force-closing the application:
1. Double-tap the Home button on the device.
2. Press and hold the Good icon.
3. Select the Minus icon to close.
Please note: This issue will reoccur, so please continue to proceed with the workaround until a remedy is released.
