All other printers were kept, and no action is needed on their part, and here are the install instructions with a place holder for the respective printer names
1. Log out of Citrix (it’s important that you log out, as opposed to just close your citrix session)
2. On your local machine, click on the windows button on the lower left and choose ‘Devices and Printer’ (if you are on Windows XP, choose ‘Printers and Faxes’)
3. Right click on printer ***your old printer*** then click on ‘remove device’ (provided you have this device installed in the first place)
4. Click on the ‘add a printer’ button at the top of the window, then choose ‘Add a Network, Wireless or Bluetooth printer’
5. Click on the button ‘The Printer I want isn’t Listed’, then choose the ‘Select a shared printer by name’ button’
6. In the field provided below the aforementioned button, type \\fdcpa40\ , upon inputting the last ‘\’ a dropdown list of printers should appear
7. Click on printer ***the new printer*** to add it to your printer list, you will be given the option to set it up as your default printer if you so desire.
Hope this helps, and I am always available for assistance if necessary
