Profx Engagement - Microsoft Word/Excel keep crashing.

If Microsoft Word and Excel is crashing when you try to open the workpaper in Engagement, please follow the steps below to see if it’ll resolve the issue.

Open a blank Excel file outside of Engagement.

Click on the Excel round button on top left and then click on “Excel Options.”

Click on Addins.

In the Manage section, hit the drop down and hit “go” on “Disabled Items.”

Enable anything you see in there.

Once all items are enabled and the disabled list is empty, in Manage, go to “Com Add-in.”

 In “Com-Addin,” make sure “Pfx.Ribbon.ExcelAddin” is checked off.

Close excel and try to launch an excel file in Engagement.

 Please repeat the above steps (Excel is replaced with Word) if you are having problem with MS Word.
