There will be an E-Tools update today (11/30/2011) @ 11:50AM. Please log out of exit of all Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, powerpoint, and outlook) in your Citrix session prior to that time. It should take about 25-30 minutes to complete.
Once completed, an email will be sent out and a message will be left in your voicemail.
If you have any questions, please contact IT.
UPDATE: The software update has caused a problem with E-tools, and will need to be re-installed tonight at 7:30......as before, please log out of any and all office products prior to the update. Your anticipated cooperation is appreciated
